Shipping Options & Delivery Costs:

We offer Free standard shipping to all UK based customers. 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping generally takes 5-10 days, factoring in order processing and your location orders can take up to 15 days.

'Hugo's Treats' ships worldwide and use suppliers across the globe to ensure we provide the quickest shipping times we can in the event that a supplier in your country is out of stock of an item we will ship from the next closest warehouse to you which may affect shipping times and also means that sometimes your products may arrive in different packages.

Delivery Addresses & P.O Boxes:

Please note that we are unable to modify and the delivery address once you have placed an order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O boxes.

We track every order and when you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. you will be able to track your order by messaging 'Hugo's Treats' with your individual tracking information.

We do not own the products that we sell. We are an online retailer.
