How to let your Dogs socialise the right way!
As friendly as our best friends are, sometimes its not easy to socialise. Here are a few helpful suggestions to try get them to make other four legged friends!
-
Plan a playdate: Get a feel for how friendly your dog is towards other dogs. If they are, then regularly let them interact regularly.
-
New friends: If you find yourself in a position where your dog is meeting a new dog, then slowly and carefully let them interact.
-
Scary situations: Some dogs show how scared they are through different ways, some are aggressive, some ae afraid, its important to avoid this situations and contact a vet or a clinical behaviourist.
-
We all need friends: Dogs also feel similar emotions to us. Try to let your dogs spend as much time with either humans and/or other canine friends.
-
Multiple Dogs: If you have more than 1 dog in your home then keeping them together is fine however make sure they have space to go to their own areas and get away from one another.
-
Not going to be there?: If you are leaving your dog then leave them in the hands of someone capable and responsible.
